Akabi is an Associate Attorney at Sarkissian Law Group. Akabi holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Literature & Culture from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law, an ABA-accredited institution.

Siedra is the Office Manager at Sarkissian Law Group, focusing on civil, unlawful detainer, and real estate cases. Siedra is a J.D. candidate.

Armin is a Licensed Attorneys in the State of California and a Law Clerk at Sarkissian Law Group’s Honolulu office, bringing extensive international legal experience to the firm. He holds law degrees from Germany, Austria, and the United States, and is a licensed attorney in the European Union with over a decade of legal practice across various jurisdictions.

In addition to his legal background, Armin has 20 years of experience in software engineering, allowing him to bridge the fields of law, technology, and business with ease. His areas of interest include real estate transactions, litigation, and the evolving intersection of law and emerging technologies.

Outside the office, Armin enjoys spending quality time with his family, tackling home improvement projects, and staying active through workouts, hiking, surfing, and walking the family dog.

PARALEGAL, Encino

Julian is a Paralegal at Sarkissian Law Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from California State University, Los Angeles and earned his Paralegal Certificate from UCLA Extension.

Julian has always had a passion for law and takes pride in contributing to the legal profession. His areas of interest include Real Estate Law, Criminal Defense, and Civil Rights.

Outside of work, Julian enjoys surfing at the beach, playing music with friends, backpacking, and volunteering at the American Red Cross.

LEGAL SECRETARY, North Hollywood

Johana is a Legal Secretary at Sarkissian Law Group, bringing over a decade of administrative expertise to the firm. She holds a degree in Computer Office Administration and has more than 10 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, primarily in the field of Workers' Compensation. In addition, she has two years of hands-on experience in medical billing, which further enhances her attention to detail and organisational skills in managing complex legal documentation.

Known for her reliability, efficiency, and dedication to client service, Johana plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s day-to-day legal processes.

Outside of the office, Johana enjoys spending time at the beach, going on road trips, listening to music, and sharing quality moments with her family.

Bianca is a legal secretary at Sarkissian Law Group. She is a 2024 graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned a BA in Political Science with a focus on cross-regional politics. Currently taking a gap year to prepare for the LSAT, she plans to apply to law school in the fall of 2025. In her free time, Bianca enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and dog, as well as cheering on her favorite sports teams, the Los Angeles Lakers!

Liz is originally from Japan and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, with minors in Political Science and Psychology. She is currently studying for the LSAT and plans to apply to law school. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, especially Pilates, cooking, and spending time at home.

Giselle is a Legal Secretary at Sarkissian Law Group. She is a 2025 graduate of California State University, Northridge, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Law. Giselle plans to attend law school in the near future and is passionate about building a strong foundation in the legal field. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her horses.

LAW CLERK, Encino

Varuzhan Bilbulyan is a Law Clerk at Sarkissian Law Group and a Juris Doctor candidate at Southwestern Law School, where he concentrates in Trial Advocacy with an anticipated graduation in May 2027. He previously participated in the Project of the Innocent Externship through Loyola Law School, reflecting his commitment to meaningful legal work beyond the classroom.

Varuzhan brings a distinctive blend of legal and real estate experience to the firm. He is a licensed realtor in California and continues to practice in that capacity, where he guides clients through the home buying and leasing process, negotiates on their behalf, and drafts residential and commercial contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, gaining hands-on transactional insight into the real estate and landlord-tenant matters central to the firm's practice. At Southwestern, Varuzhan serves as President of the Real Estate Law Society, where he connects students with professionals in the real estate and legal industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge.

Outside of the office, Varuzhan is a longtime UFC fan who never misses a card, enjoys hunting down the best sushi restaurants Los Angeles has to offer, and loves binge watching his favorite television shows.

Law Clerk, North Hollywood

Elin Paichuk is a Law Clerk at Sarkissian Law Group and a Juris Doctor Candidate at Southwestern Law School. In conjunction with her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UCLA, Elin wishes to pursue Real Estate and Business Law following the commencement of her studies. Elin's experience spans both litigation support and real estate management, including tenant-landlord matters and commercial property operations. At Southwestern Law School, Elin is on the board of Business Law Society and Real Estate law Society and hopes to receive a concentration in Technology and Entrepreneurship. Outside of school and work, Elin enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
