    FOUNDER AND MANAGING ATTORNEY, Encino

    Mr. Sarkissian is a licensed attorney in the States of California, Nevada, and Hawaii. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and published author of The Jerusalem of Transformation: Popular Understandings about and Attitudes toward the Armenian Quarter.

  • PRINCEPREET (PRINCE) SINGH

    ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY, North Hollywood

    Prince is an Associate Attorney at Sarkissian Law Group. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Stanislaus in 2016, and obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2020.

    Prior to joining Sarkissian Law Group, Prince gained valuable experience at both an insurance defense firm and a workers’ compensation firm, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation and client advocacy.

  • AKABI DANIELIAN

    ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY, Encino

    Akabi is an Associate Attorney at Sarkissian Law Group. Akabi holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Literature & Culture from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law, an ABA-accredited institution.

  • SIEDRA AKHTAR

    OFFICE MANAGER, Encino

    Siedra is the Office Manager at Sarkissian Law Group, focusing on civil, unlawful detainer, and real estate cases. Siedra is a J.D. candidate.

  • ARMIN CHRIS SAGARIO

    LAW CLERK, Honolulu HI

    Armin is a Law Clerk at Sarkissian Law Group’s Honolulu office, bringing extensive international legal experience to the firm. He holds law degrees from Germany, Austria, and the United States, and is a licensed attorney in the European Union with over a decade of legal practice across various jurisdictions.

    In addition to his legal background, Armin has 20 years of experience in software engineering, allowing him to bridge the fields of law, technology, and business with ease. His areas of interest include real estate transactions, litigation, and the evolving intersection of law and emerging technologies.

    Outside the office, Armin enjoys spending quality time with his family, tackling home improvement projects, and staying active through workouts, hiking, surfing, and walking the family dog.

  • MAXWELL RABINEK

    PARALEGAL, North Hollywood

    Max is a Paralegal at Sarkissian Law Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and earned his Paralegal Certificate from UCLA Extension.

    Max has long held a respect for the law and takes pride in contributing to the legal profession. His areas of interest include Real Estate Law, Constitutional Law, and Civil Rights.

    Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time with family, playing music with friends, working on his vintage car, and participating in his local model railroad club.

  • MARY DARBINYAN

    LAW CLERK, Encino

    Mary Darbinyan is a J.D. candidate at Loyola Law School, where she is also a mediator for the Center for Conflict Resolution. She graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2024 with a B.A. in Political Science. After graduating, she plans to pursue a career in transactional or property law.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, she enjoys exploring new coffee spots and reading in her free time.

  • HARUT JANIBEKIAN

    LAW CLERK, Encino

    Harut is a Law Clerk at Sarkissian Law Group. He graduated from California State University, Northridge in Spring 2024 with a B.S. in Business Administration (Law Option) and will begin his Juris Doctor studies at Southwestern Law School in Fall 2025.

    Outside the office, Harut channels his creativity into music production, playing the guitar and snowboarding.

  • RAFFI AZARIAN

    LAW CLERK, Encino

    Raffi Azarian is a Juris Doctor candidate at Loyola Law School with a specialization in civil litigation. He is actively involved in the C-MAC Mediation Clinic. Raffi is a student member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), reflecting his strong commitment to plaintiff-side advocacy. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.


    Outside of law, Raffi enjoys swimming, fishing, and spending time with friends- activities that help him stay balanced and energized as he pursues his legal career.

  • JOHANA (JOE) STANSFIELD

    LEGAL SECRETARY, North Hollywood

    Johana is a Legal Secretary at Sarkissian Law Group, bringing over a decade of administrative expertise to the firm. She holds a degree in Computer Office Administration and has more than 10 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, primarily in the field of Workers' Compensation. In addition, she has two years of hands-on experience in medical billing, which further enhances her attention to detail and organisational skills in managing complex legal documentation.

    Known for her reliability, efficiency, and dedication to client service, Johana plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s day-to-day legal processes.

    Outside of the office, Johana enjoys spending time at the beach, going on road trips, listening to music, and sharing quality moments with her family.

  • CARLOS FAJARDO CASALS

    LEGAL SECRETARY, Honolulu HI

    Carlos is a Legal Secretary at Sarkissian Law Group. Having lived in Virginia/Washington D.C., and Madrid, Carlos now calls Hawaii home. The move to the Sunshine State has provided him with valuable experience in the real estate industry, particularly in finance and escrow disputes both domestically and internationally.

    After successfully passing the Hawaii Real Estate Exam, Carlos was accepted into the Master’s program in Real Estate at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. He is also working toward earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. While real estate has been a major focus, Carlos has always had a strong interest in law and its applications within society.

    In his spare time, Carlos enjoys surfing, boxing, and indulging in sushi. 

  • BIANCA RATAVOUSSIAN

    LEGAL SECRETARY, Encino

    Bianca is a legal secretary at Sarkissian Law Group. She is a 2024 graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned a BA in Political Science with a focus on cross-regional politics. Currently taking a gap year to prepare for the LSAT, she plans to apply to law school in the fall of 2025. In her free time, Bianca enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and dog, as well as cheering on her favorite sports teams, the Los Angeles Lakers!

  • JIMENA ACEVEDO

    STAFF, Encino

    Jimena Acevedo is a legal intern at Sarkissian Law group. Originally from the San Fernando Valley, Jimena is entering her third year of her undergraduate degree at the University of California Los Angeles. She is majoring in Political science and is minoring in Chicana/o studies.

    Jimena is currently studying for the LSAT and will be applying to law schools within the next year. In her free time, she loves to spend time with friends and family.

  • RILEY VILLANUEVA

    STAFF, Encino

    Riley is a Legal Intern at Sarkissian Law Group. She is originally from Riverside and is a current second-year Public Affairs major at the University of California, Los Angeles.

    After she graduates, she plans to pursue law school.

    STAFF, North Hollywood

    Elina is a Legal Intern at Sarkissian Law Group. She is currently a first-year student at California State University, Northridge, where she is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an option in Business Law. After she graduates, she plans to attend law school. 

    Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, she enjoys reading, baking, playing tennis, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.

  • CHRISTINE AKOPIAN

    STAFF, Encino

    Christine is a Legal Intern at Sarkissian Law Group. She is a current high school student while majoring in Political Science at Los Angeles Pierce College. She hopes to get admitted to UCLA, where she can pursue her Bachelor’s degree. Then, attend law school where she has a goal in becoming a successful criminal lawyer. 

    When Christine is not studying the law, you will see her as a dance instructor while dancing professionally. She enjoys playing the piano, reading, and learning new hobbies to endeavor. Being with friends and family is what motivates her to grow and become a better version of herself every day!
